On 1 December 2016, I gave the keynote speech at the Guildhall dinner of the Financial Services Forum, of 251 Pentonville Rd, Kings Cross, London N1 9NG. This was unpaid but my partner and I received two complimentary dinner tickets, with a total market value of £700. Hours: approx. 2.5 hrs including preparation. (Registered 18 January 2017)

3 February 2017, received £1,500 from Sherrington SILP of 66 Chorley Street, Bolton, Lancashire BL1 4AL, for legal services provided between August 2005 and November 2008. Hours: none since my election. (Registered 15 March 2017)

29 June 2017, received £200 plus VAT from Shoosmiths, Quantum House, Basing View, Basingstoke RG21 4EX, for legal services provided on 15 May 2009. Hours: none since my election. (Registered 30 August 2017)

12 October 2017, I received £1,293.75, plus VAT, from Seymours Solicitors of 79 Goldstone Crescent, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 6LS, for legal services provided in March 2010. (Registered 20 October 2017)
