1. Employment and earnings

From 15 March 2018 I ceased to be Chairman of County Finance Group Ltd, and its associated companies (County Asset Finance Ltd, County Plant and Equipment Sales Ltd and County Business Finance Ltd, all of Midland Court, Central Park, Lutterworth LE17 4PN) although I remain a director of all group companies as founder and majority shareholder. My remuneration of £40,000 per annum is paid on behalf of the Group by County Asset Finance Ltd which also provides me with approximately £10,000 of taxable benefits. 15 December 2017, £450 paid direct to a local charity by Lexington Communications, 198 High Holborn, London WC1V 7BD, in return for my delivering a speech and Q&A session on 13 December 2017 in my role as Chair of the APPG for Life Sciences. Hours: approx. 1.5 hrs. (Registered 19 December 2017)
