Until further notice, I will receive an annual fee of £12,000, paid in monthly instalments. Expected time commitment of four meetings a year; 5.5 hours per meeting. From 1 September 2016, director of two fund platforms in the Caymans, and two in Bermuda. From 1 January 2018 my remuneration will be 24,000 USD a year, or approx. £4,300 a quarter.
