Non-executive Chairman of Pathfinder Minerals PLC, Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD, an AIM listed mining company. For carrying out duties as Non-Executive Chairman and giving advice on strategy and corporate governance, I receive £4,000 per month until further notice. Hours: 4-7 hrs per month. From 1 January 2016, Senior Adviser to J. Stern & Co. LLP, 21 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7LY, a fund management company. Until further notice, I will receive a monthly payment of £2,500 for providing legal advice, and advice on corporate governance and strategic direction. Hours: approx. 4.5 hrs per month. Non-Executive Chairman of Pontus Marine Limited, a UK based company with commercial fishing interests in the Gulf of Aden and the Middle East. I carry out duties as Non-Executive Chairman and give advice on strategy and corporate governance. Since November 2015, I receive no remuneration for this role. Unremunerated director of Global Law Summit Ltd, which was set up to run the 2015 Global Law Summit commemorating 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta and to promote UK legal services around the world.
