3Message from the Lords,—A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:
 
        The Lords have agreed to the Railtrack (Waverley Station) Order Confirmation Bill, without Amendment.
4Ticket Touting (London Underground),—Ordered, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to amend the law in relation to the sale of London Underground tickets by unauthorised persons: And that Mr Neil Gerrard, Mr Harry Cohen, Mr Mike Gapes and Mr Andrew Mackinlay do prepare and bring it in.
5Ticket Touting (London Underground) Bill,—Mr Neil Gerrard accordingly presented a Bill to amend the law in relation to the sale of London Underground tickets by unauthorised persons: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Friday 21st July and to be printed [Bill 139].
6Countryside and Rights of Way Bill,—The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the Countryside and Rights of Way Bill, as amended in the Standing Committee.
