2 Private Security Industry Bill [Lords],-Mr Nicholas Winterton reported from Standing Committee B, That it had gone through the Private Security Industry Bill [Lords], and made an Amendment thereunto.

3 Transport of Farm Animals,-Ordered, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to limit the distance that farm animals may be transported in any one-week period: And that Dr Nick Palmer, Mr Ian Cawsey, Sir Teddy Taylor, Mr Vernon Coaker, Mr David Winnick, Jane Griffiths and Mr Mark Todd do prepare and bring it in.
4 Transport of Farm Animals Bill,-Dr Nick Palmer accordingly presented a Bill to limit the distance that farm animals may be transported in any one-week period: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Friday 8th June and to be printed [Bill 90].
5 Business of the House,-Ordered, That-
(1) at the sitting on 2nd May the Speaker shall put the Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on any Motion in the name of Margaret Beckett relating to Regulatory Reform not later than Seven o'clock, and such Questions shall include the Questions on any amendment selected by the Speaker which may then be moved; and
