2 Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill,-Mr John Butterfill reported from Standing Committee A, That it had agreed to the following Resolution in respect of the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill:
That the Standing Committee recommends that the programme order of 26th November 2002 in relation to the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill be amended as follows-
In paragraph 7 of the order, for 'one hour' there is substituted 'two hours'.

3 Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill (except Clauses Nos. 1 to 4),-Mr John Butterfill reported from Standing Committee A, That it had gone through the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill (except Clauses Nos. 1 to 4), and directed him to report the same, without Amendment.

4 Contingencies Fund Accounts 2001-02,-Ordered, That there be laid before this House Accounts of the Contingencies Fund, 2001-02, showing:-

(2) the Distribution of the Capital of the Fund at the commencement and close of the year; together with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General thereon.-(Mr Nick Ainger.)
