2 Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill,-Mr John Butterfill reported from Standing Committee A, That it had agreed to the following Resolution in respect of the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill:
That the Standing Committee recommends that the programme order of 26th November 2002 in relation to the Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill be amended as follows-
In paragraph 7 of the order, for 'one hour' there is substituted 'two hours'.
