5    Ministry of Peace,-Ordered, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to establish a Ministry of Peace with the function of promoting conflict resolution and the avoidance of military conflict: And that John McDonnell, Mr Elfyn Llwyd, Mr Alex Salmond, Mr John Randall, Dr Rudi Vis, Alan Simpson, Jeremy Corbyn, Alice Mahon and Mr Kelvin Hopkins do prepare and bring it in.

6    Ministry of Peace Bill,-John McDonnell accordingly presented a Bill to establish a Ministry of Peace with the function of promoting conflict resolution and the avoidance of military conflict: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Friday 21st November and to be printed [Bill 163].

7    Crime (International Co-operation) Bill [Lords],-The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the Crime (International Co-operation) Bill [Lords], as amended in the Standing Committee.

    A Clause (Driver licencing information)-(Caroline Flint)-brought up, read the first and second time and added to the Bill.

    An Amendment (No. 1) made to the Bill.

    Another Amendment (No. 37) proposed to the Bill, in page 5, line 43, at the end to insert the words-

      '(8) Nothing in this section shall permit the disclosure of items subject to legal professional privilege.'.-(Mr Alistair Carmichael.)
