That a draft Order in the same terms as the proposal for the Regulatory Reform (Sunday Trading) Order 2004, which was laid before this House on 14th September, in the last Session of Parliament, should be laid before the House.
2 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill,-The House, according to Order, proceeded further to consider the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill.
Another Clause (NC10) (Local development plan)-(Mr Geoffrey Clifton-Brown)-brought up, and read the first time.
Question put, That the Clause be read a second time.

6 Public Petitions,-Public Petitions from-
(1) residents of the town of Stafford and surrounding areas for the review of RAF Stafford to have regard to the base's relations with the area and its contribution to the local economy;
(2) residents of Billington and Stanbridge, Bedfordshire, and the surrounding areas for greater powers for local authorities to prevent the use by travellers of non-residential land without planning permission; and
(3) people of Uttoxeter against proposals to close Uttoxeter Jobcentre
were presented and read; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.
7 Public Petitions,-A Public Petition from citizens of the United Kingdom for the protection of ancient woodlands from damage by airport expansion was presented; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.
