(a) at the moment of interruption on the third day, or
(b) one and a half hours after the commencement of remaining proceedings,

2 Constitutional Reform Bill [Lords] [1st allotted day],The House, according to Order, resolved itself into a Committee on the Constitutional Reform Bill [Lords].
Clause No. 1 (The rule of law).
Amendment (No. 364) proposed, in page 1, line 7, at the end, to add the words
'(2) In this section "the rule of law" means in particular the sovereignty of the Queen in Parliament in making the law and the sovereignty of the Queen's courts in interpreting and applying both that law and the common law.'.(Mr William Cash.)
