3 Pardon for Soldiers of the Great War Bill,The Order for reading the Pardon for Soldiers of the Great War Bill a second time to-morrow was read and discharged.
4 Council Tax (New Valuation Lists for England) Bill, The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the Council Tax (New Valuation Lists for England) Bill, not amended in the Standing Committee.
