The House met at half-past Ten o'clock. PRAYERS.1 Fourth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,—Mr Mike Hancock reported from the Fourth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Farm Woodland Premium Schemes (Amendment) (England) Scheme 2005.
2 European Standing Committee,—Mr Martyn Jones reported from a European Standing Committee the following Resolution:
3 Pardon for Soldiers of the Great War Bill,—The Order for reading the Pardon for Soldiers of the Great War Bill a second time to-morrow was read and discharged.
4 Council Tax (New Valuation Lists for England) Bill,— The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the Council Tax (New Valuation Lists for England) Bill, not amended in the Standing Committee.
5 Northern Ireland,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Legal Aid (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, which was laid before this House on 15th November, be approved—(Mr Frank Roy):—It was agreed to. 6 Estimates,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 145 (Liaison Committee), That this House agrees with the Report [30th November] of the Liaison Committee—(Mr Frank Roy):—It was agreed to. 7 Adjournment,—Resolved, That this House do now adjourn.—(Mr Frank Roy.)
