4 Fifth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,Mr David Wilshire reported from the Fifth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Transport for London (Best Value) (Contracting Out of Investment and Highways Functions) Order 2005.
5 Sixth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,John Bercow reported from the Sixth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Animal Health Act 1981 (Amendment) Regulations 2005.
6 European Standing Committee,Mr Mike Weir reported from a European Standing Committee the following Resolution:
7 Disorderly conduct,Mr Dennis Skinner, Member for Bolsover, having used a grossly disorderly expression, was ordered by the Speaker to withdraw the same, but he declined to comply with that direction
8 Government of Wales Bill,Mr Secretary Hain, supported by the Prime Minister, Mr Secretary Prescott, Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, Secretary Margaret Beckett, Mr Secretary Darling, Ms Secretary Hewitt, Mr Secretary Clarke, Secretary Alan Johnson, Ms Harriet Harman and Nick Ainger presented a Bill to make provision about the government of Wales: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Monday 12th December and to be printed [Bill 100].
