2 Second Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation,Mr Peter Atkinson reported from the Second Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation the draft Disability Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.
3 Message from the Lords,A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:
4 Commons Bill [Lords],The Commons Bill [Lords] was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time to-morrow and to be printed [Bill 115].
5 National Lottery Bill,The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the National Lottery Bill, as amended in the Standing Committee.
6 Energy Efficiency,A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 119 (European Standing Committees), That this House takes note of European Union Document No. 10368/05, Green Paper on Energy Efficiency or 'Doing More with Less'; and supports the Government's objective of securing an ambitious, but realistic, Action Plan on Energy Efficiency in 2006(Mr Tom Watson):It was agreed to.
7 The Speaker's Absence,Ordered, That the Speaker have leave of absence on Wednesday 1st March for the purpose of attending the opening of the new building of the National Assembly for Wales.(Mr Tom Watson.)
