That the Committee takes note of European Union Documents No. 13759/05, and ADD 1, Draft Council Directive establishing a Framework for Community Action in the field of Marine Environmental Policy (Marine Strategy Directive), and No. 13700/05 and ADD 1, Commission Communication: Thematic strategy on the protection and conservation of the marine environment; and agrees with the Government's view that there is considerable uncertainty over the benefits, costs and effectiveness of the proposed Directive.

6 Health Bill (Programme) (No.2),Ordered, That the Order of 29th November (Health Bill (Programme)) be varied as follows:
1. Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Order shall be omitted.
2. Proceedings on consideration shall be taken in the order shown in the first column of the following Table.
