2    Human Rights,—Ordered, That the Minutes of Proceedings of the Joint Committee on Human Rights Committee in this session of Parliament, together with the Minutes of Proceedings of any sub-committees which it may appoint, be laid upon the Table from time to time.

3    Office of the Deputy Prime Minister: Housing Planning, Local Government and the Regions,—Ordered, That the Minutes of Proceedings of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister: Housing Planning, Local Government and the Regions Committee in this session of Parliament, together with the Minutes of Proceedings of any sub-committees which it may appoint, be laid upon the Table from time to time.

4    Science and Technology,—Ordered, That the Minutes of Proceedings of the Science an Technology Committee in this session of Parliament, together with the Minutes of Proceedings of any sub-committees which it may appoint, be laid upon the Table from time to time.

5    Work and Pensions,—Ordered, That the Minutes of Proceedings of the Work and Pensions Committee in this session of Parliament, together with the Minutes of Proceedings of any sub-committees which it may appoint, be laid upon the Table from time to time.

6    Breast Cancer Bill,—Ordered, That the adjourned Debate on the Question proposed on 20th January, That the Breast Cancer Bill be now read a second time, be resumed on Friday 14th July.

7    Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Exemption from Regulation) Bill,—The Order for reading the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Exemption from Regulation) Bill a second time on Friday 16th June was read and discharged.

    Bill to be read a second time on Friday 20th October.

8    Fraud Bill [Lords],—The Fraud Bill [Lords] was, according to Order, read a second time.

9    Fraud Bill [Lords] (Programme),—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, That the following provisions shall apply to the Fraud Bill [Lords]:

Committal

    1. The Bill shall be committed to a Standing Committee.

Proceedings in Standing Committee

    2. Proceedings in the Standing Committee shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Thursday 22nd June 2006.

    3. The Standing Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it meets.

Consideration and Third Reading

    4. Proceedings on consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the day on which those proceedings are commenced.

    5. Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day.

    6. Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to proceedings on consideration and Third Reading.

Other proceedings

    7. Any other proceedings on the Bill (including any proceedings on consideration of any message from the Lords) may be programmed—(Mr Michael Foster):—It was agreed to.

10    Immigration,—A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation), That the draft Immigration (Provision of Physical Data) Regulations 2006, which were laid before this House on 2nd May, be approved—(Mr Michael Foster):—It was agreed to.

11    Health and Safety,—Ordered, That the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 (S.I., 2006, No. 599), dated 9th March 2006, be referred to a Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation.—(Mr Michael Foster.)

12    Home Affairs,—Ordered, That Colin Burgon and Steve McCabe be discharged from the Home Affairs Committee and Margaret Moran and Martin Salter be added.—(Mr Alan Campbell, on behalf of the Committee of Selection.)

13    Statutory Instruments (Joint Committee),—Ordered, That David Maclean be added to the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments.—(Mr Alan Campbell, on behalf of the Committee of Selection.)

14    Public Petitions,—A Public Petition from residents of Shropshire and Mid-Wales for legislation to remedy the financial crisis in the Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust was presented and read; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.

15    Adjournment,—Resolved, That this House do now adjourn.—(Mr Michael Foster.)
