2Private Bills [Lords] (No Standing Order not previously inquired into applicable),--The Speaker laid upon the Table a Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the following Bill, originating in the Lords and referred after the First Reading thereof, no Standing Order not previously inquired into is applicable thereto, viz:

3Chamber of Commerce (Protection of Title) Bill (changed to Company and Business Names (Chamber of Commerce, Etc.) Bill),--Mr Roger Gale reported from Standing Committee C, That it had gone through the Chamber of Commerce (Protection of Title) Bill, and made Amendments thereunto, and had amended the Title as follows: A Bill to make provision concerning the approval of company or business names containing the expression 'chamber of commerce' or any related expression; and for connected purposes.
 
        Bill, as amended in the Standing Committee, to be considered on Friday 3rd July and to be printed [Bill 202].
 
        Minutes of proceedings of the Committee to be printed [No. 792].
4Message from the Lords,--A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:
 
        The Lords have agreed to the Amendments made by this House to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Bill [Lords], without Amendment.
5Preventative Health Care and Home Insulation Bill,--Mr Simon Hughes presented a Bill to require certain health bodies to draw up reports on ways in which home insulation may assist persons living in fuel poverty to heat their homes, in order to reduce ill-health and unnecessary demand for health services; and for related purposes: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Friday 3rd July and to be printed [Bill 200].
6Restoration of Damage to Sites of Special Scientific Interest,--Ordered, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to amend the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to require the owners and occupiers of land notified as sites of special scientific interest who commit an offence under section 28 of the Act to restore that interest of the site lost, damaged or degraded as a result of the offence or offences: And that Ms Candy Atherton, Jackie Ballard, Mr Cynog Dafis, Mr David Drew, Julia Drown, Ms Tess Kingham, Mr David Prior, Mr John Randall, Dr Phyllis Starkey and Mr John Austin do prepare and bring it in.
7Restoration of Damage to Sites of Special Scientific Interest Bill,--Ms Candy Atherton accordingly presented a Bill to amend the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to require the owners and occupiers of land notified as sites of special scientific interest who commit an offence under section 28 of the Act to restore that interest of the site lost, damaged or degraded as a result of the offence or offences: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Friday 3rd July and to be printed [Bill 201].
8Northern Ireland (Sentences) Bill,--The Order of the day being read, for the Second Reading of the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Bill;
 
        A Motion was made, and the Question being put, That the Bill be now read a second time;

9Northern Ireland (Sentences) Bill [Money],--Her Majesty's Recommendation having been signified to the proposed Motion relating to Northern Ireland (Sentences) Bill [Money];
 
        A Motion was made, and the Question being put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 52 (Money resolutions and ways and means resolutions in connection with bills), That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State by virtue of the Act--(Jane Kennedy):--It was agreed to.
