        (1) staff of the Taunton and Somerset NHS Trust calling for the introduction of a single pay review body for the NHS, and
 
        (2) residents of the constituency of Torridge and West Devon against hunting with dogs
 
    were presented; and ordered to lie upon the Table and to be printed.
3Criminal Cases Review (Insanity) Bill [Lords],—The Criminal Cases Review (Insanity) Bill [Lords] was, according to Order, read the third time, and passed, without Amendment.
4Mental Health (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill,—The House, according to Order, proceeded to consider the Mental Health (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill, not amended in Committee.
 
        A Clause (Report to Mental Welfare Commission)—(Mr Eric Forth)—brought up, and read the first time.
 
        Question proposed, That the Clause be read a second time:—Clause, by leave, withdrawn.
 
        Amendent (No. 3) proposed to the Bill, in page 1, to leave out lines 9 to 11 and to insert the words—
