Ulster Constabulary a document entitled "Guidance to the Chief Constable on the Criminal Evidence (NI) Order 1988". The guidance contains, inter alia, the new forms of caution to be used by the RUC in circumstances where the provisions of articles 3, 5 or 6 of the order apply.

The guidance comes into effect on 15 December 1988. I have placed a copy of it in the Library of the House.
