Mr. McLoughlin : I hear what the hon. Gentleman has said. The deliberations of this Adjournment debate will be shown to my right hon. and learned Friend, so that he can bear that in mind. I thank the hon. Member for Garston and the hon. Member for Antrim, East (Mr. Beggs) for their contribution to what is undoubtedly an important debate. As the debate has shown, considerable concern remains--I have had letters from hon. Members on both sides of the House--about the circumstances surrounding the loss of the Derbyshire.
