Dr. David Clark : To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the organisations which will be consulted over the review of pesticides ; and if he will make a statement.

Dr. David Clark : To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the number of BSE confirmed cases in the United Kingdom for each month from October 1990 until April 1991.
Mr. Gummer : The number of confirmed cases of BSE in the United Kingdom listed by month of onset of clinical signs, from October 1990 to December 1990, the latest month for which figures are available, is as follows :

Dr. David Clark : To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what plans he has to phase out milk quotas ; and if he will make a statement.
Mr. Gummer : Milk quotas are decided upon by the whole European Community and for that reason I expect them to continue for some years to come.
