Mr. Redmond : To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what plans he has to include accidents to Ministry of Defence (Procurement Executive) and Defence

Research Agency aircraft in the tables of military aircraft accidents published in "UK Defence Statistics" ; and if he will make a statement.Mr. Aitken : We have no such plans.
Mr. Redmond : To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list by location the annual fuel heating bills for each of his Department's offices for the last four years, and for this year to date.
Mr. Hanley : My noble Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Defence will write to the hon. Member.
Mr. Matthew Taylor : To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what arrangements are made to ensure that special advisers to Ministers in his Department do not have access to the kind of information, and are not involved in the type of business, that would be likely to create suspicion of impropriety in relation to subsequent employment.
Mr. Hanley : Care is taken to ensure that special advisers do not have access to the kind of information likely to create suspicion of impropriety. They are not involved in evaluating tenders or letting contracts.
Mr. Matthew Taylor : To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the names and job descriptions of each special ministerial adviser employed in his Department showing any particular outputs for which each adviser is responsible.
Mr. Hanley : My right hon. and learned Friend's special adviser is Crispin Blunt. His duties vary.
Mr. Cox : To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what foreign military personnel are at present on training programmes with British military forces in the United Kingdom ; and if he will list each country, the numbers of personnel involved and the courses they are taking.
Mr. Hanley : At the end of the week 5 to 11 December 1993, there were 592 foreign students, attending 102 different developmental and technical training courses at British military establishments, from the following countries :
