4. Alcoholic Liquor Duties (Alcoholic Ingredients and Vinegar)

Resolved,

That provision may be made about the repayment and remission of duty charged on alcoholic liquor used as an ingredient or converted into vinegar.

5. Alcoholic Liquor Duties (Denatured Alcohol)

Resolved,

That provision may be made about alcoholic liquors that are denatured.

Resolved,

That--

(1) For the Table of rates of duty in Schedule 1 to the Tobacco Products Duty Act 1979 there shall be substituted--

Resolved,

That--

(1) For the Table of rates of duty in Schedule 1

to the Tobacco Products Duty Act 1979 there shall be
