Mrs. Gillan: Gender is a key characteristic of many of the statistics we collect in the Department.
Dr. Lynne Jones: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what has been the capital spending by each local education authority in each of the last five years for which figures are available; what have been the Government capital allocations in each of those years and in all subsequent years for which allocations have been made.
