Bradfield House School, Cullompton
Mr. Jamieson:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, pursuant to her answers of 5 March, Official Report, columns 631-32, if Bradfield House school, Cullompton, has agreed to comply with its statutory requirements regarding its recent Office for Standards in Education report under sections 20 and 21 of the School Inspections Act 1996. [19637]
Mr. Robin Squire:
In response to my officials' letter dated 3 March warning the school that non-compliance would result in legal action, the Department has received written confirmation from the school that it will distribute the Ofsted report and produce an action plan in accordance with these statutory requirements.
