Executive Search Agencies
Mr. Darling: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what has been the total amount spent by his Department on executive search agencies for appointments to non-departmental public bodies annually since 1992.[20184]
Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: The Scottish Office has incurred no expenditure on executive search services for appointments to non-departmental public bodies in the period stated.
NHS Trusts (Grants)

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list (a) the HIV and (b) the drug misuse budget for each health board in Scotland in (i) 1995-96, (ii) 1996-97 and (iii) 1997-98. [20199]

[holding answer 20 March 1997]: The resources available to Scottish health boards and the state hospital for HIV/AIDS and drug misuse services in 1995-96 and 1996-97 are set out in the tables. Provision of £25.659 million has been made available for these services in 1997-98, but the individual budgets have not been finalised.
