Scottish Legal Services Ombudsman and Commissioner for Local Administration in Scotland: Bill to make further provision about the Scottish legal services ombudsman; to alter the jurisdiction of the Commissioner for Local Administration in Scotland; and for connected purposes.

That, at the sitting on Thursday 7th November, notwithstanding Standing Order No. 14B (Proceedings under an Act or on European Community documents), the Speaker shall put the Questions on the Motions in the name of Secretary Sir Patrick Mayhew relating to the draft Registration of Clubs and the draft Licensing (Northern Ireland) Orders 1997, not later than one and a half hours after the start of proceedings on the first such Motion; and the said Motions may be proceeded with, though opposed, after Ten o'clock.
