    1    Mr Secretary Forsyth
          Contract (Scotland):    Bill to reform the law of Scotland relating to the admissibility of extrinsic evidence to prove an additional term of a contract or unilateral voluntary obligation, to the supersession of a contract by a deed executed in implement of it and to the obtaining of damages for breach of contract of sale; and for connected purposes.
    2    Mr Secretary Forsyth
          Scottish Legal Services Ombudsman and Commissioner for Local Administration in Scotland:    Bill to make further provision about the Scottish legal services ombudsman; to alter the jurisdiction of the Commissioner for Local Administration in Scotland; and for connected purposes.

2 BUSINESS OF THE HOUSE
Mr Tony Newton
        That, at the sitting on Thursday 7th November, notwithstanding Standing Order No. 14B (Proceedings under an Act or on European Community documents), the Speaker shall put the Questions on the Motions in the name of Secretary Sir Patrick Mayhew relating to the draft Registration of Clubs and the draft Licensing (Northern Ireland) Orders 1997, not later than one and a half hours after the start of proceedings on the first such Motion; and the said Motions may be proceeded with, though opposed, after Ten o'clock.
3 LIAISON COMMITTEE
Mr Andrew MacKay
        That Sir Thomas Arnold be discharged from the Liaison Committee and Mr Matthew Carrington be added to the Committee.
        On the Motion for the Adjournment of the House under Standing Order No. 9 Mr Edward O'Hara proposes to raise the subject of United Kingdom relations with Greece.
