                      That, during the proceedings on the Northern Ireland Arms Decommissioning Bill, Standing Committee B shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it shall meet.

                      That European Community Document COM(96)641, relating to Fisheries: total allowable catches and quotas 1997, shall not stand referred to European Standing Committee A.
                9 BUSINESS OF THE HOUSE

                      That, at the sitting on Monday 16th December, notwithstanding Standing Order No. 14B (Proceedings under an Act or on European Community documents), the Speaker shall put the Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Motion in the name of the Prime Minister relating to Fisheries not later than Ten o' clock.
                10 SITTINGS OF THE HOUSE

                      That, at the sitting on Wednesday 18th December, the Speaker shall not adjourn the House until she shall have notified the Royal Assent to Acts agreed upon by both Houses.
                      On the Motion for the Adjournment of the House under Standing Order No. 9 Mr Colin Pickthall proposes to raise the subject of labelling of genetically engineered food.
