4 POLICE (INSURANCE OF VOLUNTARY ASSISTANTS) BILL [LORDS] [MONEY]: Queen's Recommendation signified.

        That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Police (Insurance of Voluntary Assistants) Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the Act in the sums which under any other Act are payable out of money so provided.
          The Speaker will put the Question necessary to dispose of proceedings on the above Motion not later than three-quarters of an hour after it has been made, pursuant to Standing Order No. 50A(1)(b).
        On the Motion for the Adjournment of the House under Standing Order No. 9 Sir Cyril Townsend proposes to raise the subject of the War Crimes Act 1991.
