        (1) the Scottish Grand Committee shall meet at Westminster on Wednesday 3rd December at half past Four o'clock;
        (2) at that sitting, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 96 (Scottish Grand Committee (ministerial statements)), the chairman shall interrupt proceedings, if not previously concluded, at Six o'clock.
If opposed, this item cannot be taken after 2.30 p.m.
