	Mr Secretary Dewar That-- (1) the Scottish Grand Committee shall meet at Westminster on Wednesday 3rd December at half past Four o'clock; (2) at that sitting, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 96 (Scottish Grand Committee (ministerial statements)), the chairman shall interrupt proceedings, if not previously concluded, at Six o'clock.
