Grants to the BBC.	2. - (1) The Secretary of State may pay to the BBC grants out of moneys provided by Parliament of such amounts as he may with the consent of the Treasury determine to make good any loss of revenue arising from the implementation of section 1.
	(2) Grants paid under this section shall not be subject to conditions.
