B I L L TO Improve the gathering and provision of information on the energy efficiency of homes. BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- | |||||||||
| Amendment of the Building Regulations. | 1. - (1) Regulation 14A (energy rating) of the Building Regulations 1991, as amended by the Building Regulations (Amendment) Regulations 1994, ("the regulation") is amended in accordance with this section. | ||||||||
| (2) For paragraph (2) of the regulation there is substituted- | |||||||||

| (3) After paragraph (3) of the regulation there is inserted- | |||||||||
| |||||||||
| Short title. | 2. This Act may be cited as the Energy Efficiency (Information) Act 1998. | ||||||||
