B I L L TO Provide for the transfer of certain county court cases to a leasehold valuation tribunal. BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- | |||||||||
| Revocation of commencement saving. | 1. Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Housing Act 1996 (Commencement No. 11 and Savings) Order 1997 shall cease to have effect. | ||||||||
| Citation. | 2. This Act may be cited as the Housing Service Charges (Amendment) Act 1998. | ||||||||
