Mr. Gorrie: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland in how many cases in Scotland in each of the past five years individuals have had to spend more than one night in hospital because of aspirin poisoning. [59638]
Mr. Galbraith: Information on the number of emergency admissions staying more than one night in hospital with a reported diagnosis of aspirin poisoning is shown in the table. The table refers to the number of emergency admissions during the specified year. It is possible that an individual patient may have had more than one admission in any year.
