2. Further work has shown that the project at Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham is more akin to a conventional property lease than PFI. The opportunity has therefore been taken to omit it from the information supplied to the Committee.

and actual annual contribution to capital from PFI, and the forecast
level of investment generated by schemes over £10m plus an
aggregate of those below £10m, between 1996-97 and 2000-01?

of capital spend on PFI schemes as at 30 April 1998.
