The Comptroller and Auditor General's report on The PFI Contracts for Bridgend and Fazakerley Prisons (HC 353) was considered.

Mr Richard Tilt, Director General, Mr Julian Le Vay, Director of Finance and Mr Tim Wilson, Head of Contracts and Competition Group, HM Prison Service, were examined (HC 499-i)

Resolved, That the Report, as amended, be the Fifty-seventh Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.

Ordered, That the provisions of Standing Order No. 134 (Select Committees (Reports)) be applied to the Report.

A paper was ordered to be appended to the Minutes of the Evidence.

Ordered, That the Appendix to the Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committee be reported to the House. (The Chairman).
