Mr Michael Bichard, Permanent Secretary, the Department for Education and Employment; and Professor David Melville, Chief Executive, the Further Education Funding Council, were examined (HC 665-i).

Resolved, That the Report be the Sixty-third Report of the Committee to the House.

Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
