Freehold land and buildings, due to be valued in the year, were valued on 30 September 2001 on the basis of existing use value by Eilledge, Wild & Mayston Chartered Surveyors.
Freehold land and buildings valued at £200,000 were donated to the department on 31 March 2002 by the Mawhood Barnes Foundation (see note 1.5). Other tangible assets were revalued on the basis of the latest available indices.
