GOVERNMENT RESPONSE TO THE FIFTH REPORT
OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE (SESSION 1997-98) ON BRITISH
BIOTECH
1. The Science and Technology Committee
reported to the House on British Biotech in its Fifth Report of
Session 1997-98, published on 17 August 1998 as HC 888.
2. The Government's response to the Committee's
Report was received on 12 November 1998. It is reproduced as an
Annex to this Special Report.
