The Welsh Affairs Committee has agreed to the following Special Report:

1. The Welsh Affairs Committee published its Third Report of Session 1996-97, The Preservation of Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments: Follow Up, on 19 March 1997 as House of Commons Paper 250. The Government's response is published in the Annex to this Special Report.
