1 ADJOURNMENT

        That this House do now adjourn.
        Proposed subject for debate:Child Support Agency.
        The Fifth Report from the Social Security Committee of Session 1996-97 (HC 282) on Child Support is relevant.
2 BUSINESS OF THE HOUSE
Mrs Ann Taylor
        That, at the sitting on Thursday 26th June, Standing Order No. 16 (Proceedings under an Act or on European Community documents) shall not apply to the Motion in the name of Secretary Marjorie Mowlam relating to the draft Appropriation (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, and the Speaker shall put the Question not later than three hours after the start of proceedings thereon.
3 PLANT VARIETIES BILL
Mrs Ann Taylor
        That, in respect of the Plant Varieties Bill, notices of Amendments, new Clauses and new Schedules to be moved in Committee may be accepted by the Clerks at the Table before the Bill has been read a second time.
4 DELEGATED LEGISLATION
Mrs Ann Taylor
        That the Order [17th June], That the Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1997 be referred to a Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation, be discharged.
        On the Motion for the Adjournment of the House under Standing Order No. 9 Mr Bernard Jenkin proposes to raise the subject of telecommunications masts.
