That, at the sitting on Thursday 17th July, Standing Order No.16 (Proceedings under an Act or on European Community documents) shall not apply to the Motion in the name of Mr Secretary Prescott relating to the draft Council Tax Limitation (England) (Maximum Amounts) Order 1997, and the Speaker shall put the Question not later than three hours after the start of proceedings thereon; and the said Motion may be proceeded with, though opposed, after Ten o'clock.
