Mr Bernard Jenkin NC4 To move the following Clause:'.(1) None of the powers contained in sections 52 B L and P of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, as inserted by Schedule I, shall be exercised unless the relevant order has been approved by affirmative resolution of both Houses of Parliament. (2) Such an order shall specify the principles referred to in Clause 52 (B)(2), 52(L)(2)(b) and 52 (P) of that Act.'.
