Mr Simon Hughes NC70 To move the following Clause:'(1) The Metropolitan Police Authority shall report annually to the Mayor and Assembly on its progress in meeting targets on the recruitment, progression and retention of uniformed and non-uniformed employees from all recognised ethnic groups in the metropolitan police force. (2) The targets under subsection (2) above shall be set annually by the Metropolitan Police Authority.'.
