Removal from the register

To move the following Clause:
'(1) The Secretary of State may remove a company or business name from the register if it appears to him that its continued inclusion is unjustified, redundant or harmful.
(2) Before determining whether the company or business name shall be removed from the register, the Secretary of State shall
(a) consult with such persons and individuals who appear to him to have an interest;
(b) permit representations on behalf of the company or business affected;
(c) give reasons for the proposed removal.'.
