'Pollution InventoriesFor the purposes of section (Pollution inventories), substances and preparations have hazardous properties or characteristics if they are
Mr Michael Meacher 23 Clause 4, page 3, line 29, after 'consequential' insert 'and minor'.
Mr Michael Meacher 24 Schedule 2, page 9, line 23, at end insert' . The Environmental Protection Act 1990 has effect subject to the following amendments. . In section 8(7) (expenditure to be covered by charging schemes under the section is that of local enforcing authorities in exercising their functions under Part I of the Act), at the end insert "together with the expenditure incurred by the Environment Agency in exercising, in relation to authorisations granted by local enforcing authorities or the prescribed processes to which such authorisations relate, such of its functions as are specified in the scheme.".'.
Mr Simon Burns 7 Schedule 3, page 11, line 23, column 3, leave out 'Sections 1 to 28'.
Mr Michael Meacher 25 Clause 5, page 4, line 5, leave out second 'section' and insert 'sections (Prevention etc. of pollution after accidents involving offshore installations) and'.
Mr Michael Meacher 26 Clause 5, page 4, line 20, leave out '22(5) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982' and insert '10(8) of the Petroleum Act 1998'.
