Mrs. Browning: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the total budget for the ERDF South West Objective 5b for Devon and Cornwall; how much money has been received by the Government in respect of the fund; what is the actual amount spent; and what is the balance as yet unspent. The ERDF Objective 5b Programmed for the South West is supported by three European Structural Funds: the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) and the European Social Fund (ESF). The Programme runs from 1 January 1994 to 31 December 1999.
