The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee has agreed to the following Special Report:

In November 1998, the Committee, in its Fourth Report of last Session (HC 716), reported on the Prison Service in Northern Ireland. The Committee has now received the Secretary of State's response to the Report, the text of which is set out in the Appendix.
