FIFTH SPECIAL REPORT
The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee
has agreed to the following Special Report:—
In July 1999, the Committee, in its
Fourth Report of this Session (HC 95), reported on the Operation
of the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1989: Ten Years
On. The Committee has now received the Government's Response to
the Report, and also that of the Northern Ireland Economic Council
on conclusions and recommendations addressed to the Council. The
relevant texts are set out in the Appendices.
