Social Security Implications of Parental Leave: Ms Christine Gowdridge, Director, and Ms Joanna Wade, Legal Officer, Maternity Alliance, and Ms Catherine O'Donnell and Mr Nick Burkitt, Senior Research Officers, Low Pay Unit, were examined.

Social Security Implications of Parental Leave: Ms Lucy Anderson, Women's Equality Officer, Mr Richard Exell, Senior Policy Officer, Economic and Social Affairs, Ms Diana Holland, National Organiser for Women, Race and Equalities, Ms Jocelyn Prudence, Women's Committee and Member of General Council, and Ms Matilda Quiney, Parental Leave Campaign, Senior Researcher, GMB, Trades Union Congress, were examined.

Social Security Implications of Parental Leave: Mr Dominic Johnson, Head of Employee Relations, and Ms Jadine Riley, Senior Policy Adviser, Employee Relations, Confederation of British Industry, and Mr Brendan Burns, Policy Unit Chairman, Federation of Small Businesses, were examined.

Social Security Implication of Parental Leave: Ms Helen Wilkinson, Demos Advisory Council, was examined.
