Modernisation of Social Security Appeals: Mr John Eames, Wiltshire Law Centre, Ms Djuna Thurley, Child Poverty Action Group, Ms Jude Hawes, Stoke on Trent Citizens Advice Bureau, and Ms Anne Galbraith, Council on Tribunals, were examined.

Modernisation of Social Security Appeals: Judge Michael Harris, President, and Mr Neil Ward, Chief Executive, Independent Tribunal Service/The Appeals Service, were examined.
